Refund policy

All sales are final. If you receive damaged goods or the wrong size/item, simply email  support@qobert.com with your order number and name so we can best resolve your situation. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order that is deemed potentially fraudulent by Shopify's payment system. Note: There is a five day grace period upon receipt of item to contact us about defects or wrong items.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping costs - Customer will be responsible for any return shipping charges/fees. You must use a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received by us otherwise your return and refund will not be granted. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged returns during transit. 

Order Cancellation - PLEASE NOTE, cancellations will only be possible if the order has not been dispatched from the warehouse. 

Return Refusals: We reserve the right to decline returns if items appear used, washed, damaged, or spoiled (unless they arrived damaged).

Non-Returnable Items - Please note that items from "Accessories", "Sweatpants", and "Bottoms" are FINAL SALE and non-refundable.  

Customs - We are not responsible for any customs fees that may incur with international orders. The customer is entirely responsible for any and all fees set by the customs office of their country.

Packages Returned to Sender - Once a package has been returned to us due to address issues, we will contact you by email to organize a new delivery. If you do not respond to our email within 14 days, your order is Null & Void.

Refunds - We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
